Michelle is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 20 years of experience in the human services field. She is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges through compassionate, evidence-based care.

Michelle works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem concerns, identity development, and relationship difficulties. She is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and has led DBT skills groups for children, adolescents, and adults. She is also certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a specialized approach for treating trauma and distressing life experiences.
