Our support groups offer a structured, supportive space for individuals and families to build skills, gain insight, and connect with others facing similar challenges. Each group is facilitated by experienced clinicians and is grounded in evidence-based approaches, with a focus on practical strategies that can be applied in daily life. The Group Chat


This 8-week process group helps participants build self-awareness, explore emotions & attachment patterns, and learn DBT- and CBT-informed skills to regulate emotions and strengthen relationships. Groups are available for middle school, high school, and adults, with age-appropriate support in a safe, welcoming environment.
