Jasmine Golden, MFT

Greetings with light and love! My name is Jasmine Golden, MFT, and I am a therapist dedicated to helping teens, young adults, and families navigate life’s challenges and heal from trauma. I provide holistic therapy that combines Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Relational Therapy to help you find balance, peace, and healing. 

As a child, I didn’t have the safe space I needed to express myself and process my emotions, so I am passionate about offering that space to others. I understand how important it is to be seen, heard, and validated, especially when life feels overwhelming or when the weight of the world feels heavy. In our work together, you’ll find a compassionate and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. 

I believe that mental health is just as important as physical health, and I’m here to help you build resilience, self-compassion, and a stronger sense of self. Whether you’re dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, familial struggles, or just need someone to talk to and process life’s challenges with, I’m here to walk alongside you on your healing journey.
