“I’ve spent most of my life learning how to be kinder to myself—and it’s still an ongoing journey. Now, I help others do the same. I’m especially passionate about body image and self-worth, and I love working with kids and teens as they figure out who they are and how to feel good in their skin (even when times are tough). My approach is gentle, real, and rooted in the belief that everyone deserves to feel safe in their body and confident in who they are. I’m especially driven to advocate for our youngest humans—I want to help kids grow into the best, most authentic versions of themselves.”
