Nicole Bacon

Hi, I’m Nicole. I’m so glad you’re here. This is a nurturing space for transformation, healing, and growth. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating challenges such as trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, neurodivergent struggles, PTSD, emotional regulation, grief, relationship conflict, and more.

Rooted in a Person-Centered approach, I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to walk beside you with care and compassion, offering a holistic, integrative space where all parts of you are welcome.

With over a decade of experience in health and wellness, my specialties include trauma and crisis work, somatic integration, and mind-body healing. I draw from Internal Family Systems (parts work), attachment theory, narrative therapy, Jungian principles, and trauma-informed modalities such as Brainspotting, therapeutic yoga, and mindfulness.

Currently, I’m completing my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus on Trauma and Crisis, working under the supervision of Michelle Pintado, LCSW.

Whether you’re seeking deeper insight, inner peace, or support during difficult transitions, I’m here to support your journey back to your most authentic self.

Brainspotting: Healing Through Eye Position, Neuro-Somatic Processing, and Felt Experience

Brainspotting is a cutting-edge therapy that uses eye positions to access and release trauma stored in the body, without requiring you to relive painful memories. This method taps into the brain-body connection, supporting emotional healing through neuro-somatic processing in a safe, grounded space.

By working with the felt sense and incorporating inner parts work, Brainspotting helps untangle emotional wounds, access inner child healing, and restore balance. Our integrative approach may also include therapeutic yoga, mindfulness, bodywork, and energy healing to support whole-person transformation—mind, body, and spirit.

Where you look affects how you feel—and how you heal.
